We use the information you provide to respond to your questions and requests, to enroll and support community service volunteers, to send you our newsletter if you subscribe, to process and acknowledge donations, and to improve our site and programs. If you sign up for the volunteer portal, we use your information to verify your identity, track your hours, and prepare your verification documents.
Email and Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you occasional updates about Green Outreach. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting us. We will still send you messages that are necessary to respond to your requests or to administer your volunteer account.
How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
