What community service opportunities do you offer?

If you are interested in volunteering and do not require verification, click here to complete the volunteer form and we will reach out to you.

Will my community service hours be supervised?

Yes, in order to show proof of community service to a court or other third party agency, we will supervise your hours to ensure you completed them. We will monitor and verify all hours to ensure that you performed your community service.

Will you provide proof of my volunteer hours?

Yes, we will provide you proof of your community service hours on our letterhead. You will be able to take that letter to the third party that is requesting verification. If you require additional verification, you will need to provide us information and/or documentation so you can be in compliance. We will provide verbal verification if it is requested by the agency. Remember it is your responsibility to provide the correct documentation as we do not directly send it to any third party.

Why is there an administrative fee if I need my hours verified?

We charge an administrative fee because verification requires real staff time and a structured system, not just a signature at the end. To adequately verify your hours, we complete an intake process to confirm your requirements, set up your tracking, and make sure you are properly enrolled in our program. We then provide ongoing support, supervise your work, and maintain records that confirm you completed your community service.

After you complete your community service, we prepare official verification documents, including completion or progress letters when requested. These documents are based on the hours completed during your time with us. This fee helps cover the time and resources required to provide accurate, consistent, and reliable verification.

How much is the administrative fee and are there any hidden fees?

The administrative fee depends on how many hours you are required to complete. It covers program intake, account setup, hour tracking, support, review of submitted documentation, and preparation of verification letters based on your records. There are no hidden fees beyond the administrative fee you select at enrollment.

Can I pay for hours or buy a completion letter?

No. Our organization is committed to protecting the environment, and volunteers support that mission through real service work. Community service hours must be earned through actual service activities and verified through our tracking and review process. We monitor your progress, and if the required hours are not completed, we cannot provide verification.

Our administrative fee covers program administration and verification services only, including the time and systems needed to track and review your work and prepare documentation. Hours and letters cannot be purchased. Verification documents are issued only after the required service activities have been completed and verified.

What is your refund policy?

Administrative fees are non refundable because intake, setup, tracking, and verification work begins immediately. If you signed up for the wrong plan, contact us right away and we will apply your payment toward the correct plan. Refunds are only considered in limited situations and any requests must be requested in writing.

How long do I have to complete my hours?

We do not have a deadline for completing your hours, but your account may be closed if there is no activity on your account. If your account is closed due to inactivity, contact us and we will reinstate your account.

If your community service hours must be completed within a specific period of time, you are responsible for finishing your hours in a timely manner. This allows our organization enough time to verify your hours and prepare your completion letter. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to provide proof if your hours are not completed within the required time as required by any third party.

Do you send proof of volunteer hours to a third party for me?

No. We are unable to send proof to any third party on your behalf. After you complete your hours, we will provide you a letter on our letterhead. If needed, you can also obtain a progress report. It is your responsibility to provide the proof to the third party. We will not be held liable if you fail to provide proof of your community service.

I still have more questions. What should I do?
